Not just a clever name
Tucked in a secluded neighborhood on the Northwest side of Eau Claire is a small recording studio and home to our good friends. It’s one of our oldest locations and offers honeys as diverse as the sounds late emanate from the property. Not too far from the Chippewa River and not too far away from fields of flowers, these bees seem to give any give each season.
The circle represents a 3 mile forage radius around the Third Ward location.
These musically inclined ladies sit near a recording studio of the same name on Eau Claire’s north side, near the banks of the Chippewa River.

Vintage harvests, dwindling in stock:
2024/06/19 -Creamy dandelion nectar gives this light amber honey a vegetal, grassy quality. Some funk on the nose gives way to a medium-sweet nectar.
2024/08/04 -Sweet Sweet! There’s something about August in the city that makes these harvests like candy. This batch is no different. Smooth and confectionary, floral, with a bit of vanilla.
