But if you’ve ever met our pal, Big Tall Jake, you know what we mean. His family’s farm became his and his brothers’ a few years back and he asked us if we would set up shop there. Nestled in a valley and surrounded by pastures, this location was made for honey production!

Big Tall Bess is so named for our hive host and friend, Big Tall Jake (IYKYK). These bees live in a valley among rolling hills outside of beautiful Fall Creek and just down the road from April Base. They’re prone to make mild, all-purpose honeys bound to tickle all the right parts of your palate.
